Methods of payment
Outbreak Marketing Ltd accepts payment over the internet, by phone, fax and mail. We accept most major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta Connect, Electron, Solo and Switch. All cheque's need to be payable to ‘Outbreak Marketing Ltd’.

Returns & Refunds
For your piece of mind we offer a 14 day returns policy. If for what ever reason you are unsure about your purchase you can simply return it to us in its original condition together with a copy of your proof of purchase within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for that item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Outbreak Marketing Ltd warrants all products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year form the date of purchase. The conditions of this warranty and our responsibilities are as follows:

A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

The warranty is void if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorised party.

Any implied warranty on Outbreak Marketing Ltd products is limited to one year from the date of purchase on all parts, including any chargers and connectors.

Exempt from any warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as decorative finishes, batteries, holders and other accessories.

Outbreak Marketing Ltd is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any Outbreak Marketing Ltd product.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from area to area.

Outbreak Marketing Ltd will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. Any repair work on Outbreak Marketing Ltd products by unauthorised third parties voids any warranty.

Please return the faulty product to the point of purchase together with your valid receipt.
